If you've dreamed of a career in the culinary arts - a chef in a restaurant, a pastry artist or a resort caterer - California Culinary Academy offers students the training needed to pursue exciting career opportunities. Our professional culinary arts training includes Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management, and baking and pastry arts. As a student, you can learn from hands-on cooking classes and lecture courses, the skills necessary to excel in the culinary or hospitality career field.

California Culinary Academy offers innovative instruction in Le Cordon Bleu technique, which includes French cooking and classical and contemporary culinary techniques. Students can learn business management, wine appreciation and hotel operations for the opportunity in a career they love.
